Rates 

 

$150 initial intake appointment
 

$140 per 55-minute session

 

$170 per 90-minute session (sometimes necessary for EMDR or family sessions)
 

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect individuals from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network providers at in-network facilities. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured individuals to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. Review this document for an explanation of your rights and protections under this Act.

  • United/Optum

  • Medicaid- Traditional, Texas Children's Medicaid, Community Health Choice, Amerigroup, Superior

  • Medicare

  • Marketplace plans - Community Health Choice, Ambetter, Friday Health Plan 

  • Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.

 

 

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis to those with financial need.

 

 

Payment 
Cash, check, health savings and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

 

 

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 cancellation fee.
