I am a true believer that the problem is not the problem, but it is your attitude about the problem. In therapy we can work together to identify the negative core beliefs, thinking patterns, and replace them with more positive thinking patterns/beliefs.

I utilize an approach of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy and DBT Mindfulness skills in treating anxiety, depression, anger, low-self-esteem, Men’s issues, family problems, and substance abuse problems. I have a passion for helping others and it has become my purpose in my life.
