I am now accepting new clients! I wake up every morning excited to work with people in psychotherapy. When I think about helping people, I believe that establishing a good therapeutic relationship and giving clients a voice is what helps them the most.

I also believe that good listening is the main component of establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients. Although I consider myself as eclectic, I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches to help my clients. With that said, I’m open to client feedback and what works best for them.
