I create a safe, supportive environment for my clients, drawing on my faith and belief in God’s healing presence. However, if faith is not part of your life, I also offer secular counseling as well. I work primarily with individual adults on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relational issues. I am a Certified Trauma Professional with advanced EMDR training and extensive experience in drug and alcohol counseling. I empower my clients to guide their own therapy, while using music and evidence-based practices to foster hope, healing, and lasting change.

I received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and a Bachelor of Arts in music and psychology from Texas Tech University. I completed a year-long internship with a trauma center and have experience as an IOP therapist working with clients who have a background of substance abuse and trauma.

As a wife and mom of a young daughter, I also have a passion for those struggling with prenatal, pregnancy and post- partum motherhood and hope to facilitate a judgement free zone where clients can be themselves.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my husband and daughter, sing, play piano and guitar and exercise. I am open to new clients at this time and can’t wait to meet you!
