Hello! I am Rebecca Schneider, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker #105078 at Clearhope Counseling and Wellness. I see clients virtually and at the Pasadena Office. I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Carthage College and my Master of Social Work with a concentration in mental health and trauma from the University of Denver.

I have experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in a community mental health setting. I integrate different therapy modalities based on what each client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solutions Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and dissociation. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed.
