Hello, my name is Elizabeth Oliver, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #93469) for Clearhope Counseling and Wellness. I have graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne in Southern California and my Master’s degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Walden University.

As a Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialist, I am passionate about supporting others in healing, growth, and building resilience. I believe counseling offers a meaningful path towards clarity, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or unexpected challenges, there is hope. My approach to counseling is eclectic and integrative, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
