Hello, my name is Sandra Jasso. I am a bilingual Mexican American born in Brownsville, Texas. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran (1999–2002) and an Army veteran (2004–2014). I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University. As a clinical mental health counseling intern, I am under the supervision of Ana Valenzuela, LPC-S, NCC, LCDC, CTRP-C.

Guided by my academic journey and my Catholic faith, I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to fostering hope and healing. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where every person feels genuinely understood and heard. I believe in empowering clients to face life’s challenges with resilience, while also honoring their unique stories and strengths.
