You are brave and wise for seeking help for your loved one or yourself. I am a Christian wife and mom who has been married for over 35 years and has raised two children. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with couples, adults and adolescents age 12 and up. I also have experience as a teacher and a school counselor. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma, Solution Focused Therapy and certified in Gottman Level 1 for couple’s therapy.

While I often use and believe in the effectiveness of the therapies listed above, I identify as a holistic oriented therapist and use an eclectic approach. I believe that each client is unique and deserves a personalized approach so I pull from different types of therapy for each situation. The holistic approach is important because it not only considers our mental and emotional health, but also our physical and spiritual health.
