I am passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals, as well as clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful growth at their own pace.
