Hello, my name is Sheri and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing out of the Tomball and Humble office for Clearhope.
I have over 25 years’ experience in helping families and children in crisis. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Abilene Christian University and received my Master of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy form the University of Houston Clear Lake. I am also a Certified School Counselor in the state of Texas.
I have extensive experience in working with children, teens, and adults through agencies, hospitals, schools, public and private. I utilize expressive techniques such as art, music, role play, sand tray, and play therapies. My specialties include working with ADHD, child and adolescent issues, adoption, anxiety and depressive disorders, Christian counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, divorce and blended family issues, marriage and family therapy, meditation and relaxation techniques, and women’s issues.
