Hi my name is Ashley Hobbs. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing out of the Tomball office With Clearhope.

I received my Bachelor in Human Services and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I have experience working in psychiatric hospitals, Intensive Outpatient Therapy Settings, Community Mental Health, as well as private counseling agencies. I work with age groups from 13 and up.

I strive to understand my client’s experience, meet them where they are in life, and help them identify where they want to go in the future. I feel this is essential to creating an optimal experience for my clients in therapy. I am client-centered in my work, meaning I approach each client with a nonjudgmental perspective, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.

Through a process of discovery, we'll create a treatment plan that maps-out where you'd like to go and the goals you'd like to achieve. Our therapeutic work will likely involve examining how your thoughts contribute to your feelings and how your feelings affect your behavior.

When I’m not helping others I enjoy being outside and spending time with my dogs Brandy and Bentley. I look forward to helping you move towards your goals, thrive, and succeed in life.
