As an experienced and licensed mental health professional, I offer clients the attention, skill and strategies necessary to improve their lives. I believe everyone deserves compassion, respect and the opportunity to be heard. I enjoy serving individuals (ages 11 & up), couples, and others in a variety of therapeutic and crisis situations. So, whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, bullying, overwhelming emotions, or experiencing life changes, counseling may be an option for you! My style is person centered, to fit the needs of the individual.
