Hi! My name is Shanell.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have the pleasure of being a therapist for Clearhope Counseling and Wellness Center working within Fort Bend ISD as a School-Based Therapist and at the Sugar Land location serving the community.

I have 10 years of experience as an educator which includes roles of a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and school counselor. I am very passionate about working with young adults (18+) who are seeking help with anxiety, depression,
self-esteem, people-pleasing, trauma, life transitions, imposter syndrome, interpersonal issues, and work/life balance. I offer a safe space where you can connect, explore what matters most to you, and build a life worth living.
